Within our BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) Finance team we are looking for a qualified and motivated Global Process Manager Travel & Expense (T&E) (f/m/d/x) at our location Dsseldorf to fill this position at the next possible date.
Your tasks:
Become an integral part of the BPO Finance strategy team for the transformation of the transactional finance processes
Own the global end to end Travel & Expense process and be responsible for the standardization of the process including technology design (e.g. travel claim and reimbursement management country specific legal requirements company policies internal controls)
Ensure key interfaces between BPO and retained Finance organization
Ability to link data analyses to the process and business operating model and identify efficiency and effectiveness drivers
Responsibility to independently drive standardization and improvement projects at T&E processes as a project manager
Ensure implementation of designated improvement potentials and monitoring for sustaining results
Apply leading practices in the area of T&E
Responsibility for creating and providing executive presentations on project status and outcome
Membership in a dynamic and international team that supports Finance top management
Perform other duties as assigned
Your Profile / Qualifications
Masters degree in Business Finance or relatedfield
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in Finance operations and project management
Advanced understanding of T&E end to endprocess at key stroke level
Strong willingness to work into detailed processanalysis and system implications
Proven track record of leading transformativeprojects with diverse stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal German and Englishskills ability to coordinate work in a complexenvironment combined with presentation andcommunication skills
Knowledge and experience in Business Process Outsourcing / Shared Service Center beneficial
Indepth understanding of SAP and other ERPsolutions as well as Concur or other travelmanagement applications
Willingness to travel
Ability to deliver results under pressure
MS Office (i.e. Excel PowerPoint Word) andprocess tools knowledge
