Project Manager Commercial Roofing
Location: Laurel MD (Relocation assistance available)
Salary: $90000$120000/year Bonuses
Take the lead on multimilliondollar commercial roofing projects delivering quality and impact in critical environments.
What Youll Do
Manage LargeScale Projects
- Oversee roofing waterproofing and restoration projects valued at $5M or more.
- Focus on occupied and missioncritical facilities like hospitals schools and government buildings.
- Enforce OSHA standards and sitespecific safety requirements.
- Coordinate teams vendors and clients to ensure timely and budgetfriendly project .
- Assess project risks create mitigation strategies and implement innovative solutions.
- Conduct postproject evaluations to identify efficiencies and costsaving opportunities.
What You Bring
Experience
- 5 years managing largescale commercial roofing or building envelope projects.
- Handson expertise with TPO EPDM PVC Modified Bitumen and metal roofing systems.
- Familiarity with waterproofing and complex building envelope restoration.
- Proficiency in tools like Procore Edge Estimating and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership organizational and communication abilities.
- Experience minimizing disruption in occupied facility projects.
- OSHA 30/500 certifications (required).
- EM 385 or LEED certifications are a plus.
- High School Diploma or GED (required).
- Bachelors degree in construction management engineering or related field (preferred).
