The Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Business Partnerto join our THG Nutrition Manufacturing team. This role is a critical part of our People function partnering closely with operational leaders to drive a highperformance culture support employee development and ensure our people thrive in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Partnering with manufacturing leaders to develop and implement people strategies that drive business performance.
- Championing a highperformance culture ensuring employee engagement retention and wellbeing remain key priorities.
- Providing expert HR advice and guidance on a range of matters including employee relations organisational change and workforce planning.
- Leading and supporting initiatives around talent development succession planning and leadership capability.
- Ensuring compliance with employment law HR policies and best practices within a manufacturing setting.
- Driving continuous improvement in HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
What Were Looking For:
- A proven HR professional with strong business partnering experience ideally within a manufacturing FMCG or operations environment.
- A commercially focused mindset with the ability to influence and drive change at all levels.
- Strong employee relations expertise with experience handling complex cases in a fastpaced setting.
- A passion for people development engagement and creating a positive workplace culture.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge and innovate.
- CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essential.
