The sites audience of over 6 million monthly users is drawn in by a combination of news editorial club listings and ticketing RAbranded events at venues and festivals worldwide original films and a weekly mix series that has run for 18 years.

Purpose of the role:

Resident Advisor (RA) is looking for a Finance Assistant to join our growing global Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with at least one year of experience in finance or accounting who is eager to develop their skills in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.

Were seeking a detailoriented organised and proactive individual who shares our passion for electronic music. In this role youll support various finance functions including accounts receivable monthend management reporting and payment processing.

Key responsibilities:

  • Accounts Receivable Processing: Manage the invoicing process across all our international entities. Supporting on the credit control process where required.
  • MonthEnd Processes & Reconciliations: Support the finance team with monthend closing tasks including bank reconciliations balance sheet reconciliations and accruals.
  • Departmental Cost Updates: Assisting in tracking and updating departmental expenditures ensuring budget accuracy and alignment.
  • Promoter Payment Processing: Performs payments accurately and on time ensuring compliance with contractual terms and company policies.
  • Assist with maintaining financial records and documentation.
  • Provide general support to the finance team as needed.

Were looking for:

  • Minimum one year of experience in a junior finance or accounting role.
  • Experience with processing payments and handling financial transactions.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience of Quickbooks a plus
