Disability Support Worker Conway Court Traralgon (Supported Independent Living)
We have Permanent PartTime Disability Support Worker positions available at Conway Court Traralgon.
The role includes:
- Provide personcentered support that empowers each client to express choice and independence in how they want to be supported in their daytoday lives
- Assist clients with aspects of daily living needs in their homes and at times out in the community; including personal care meals assistance medications and behaviour support
- Able to work independently and as a member of a team
- The roster line will be 35 to 40 hrs per fortnight
- The roster will includea variety of shift types including split shifts early mornings afternoons evenings and sleepovers on weekdays and weekends.
