Growth is the team responsible for promoting the Fever business plan across all Markets and ensuring that our Partners perform as expected helping them grow within Fever.
Our decisions are datadriven from the highest to the lowest strategy level allowing us to fully understand the Fever business model and how we can leverage this to interact with every team within the company to grow the business in the expected direction.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Fever is looking for a Growth New Business Associate to be responsible for analyzing commercial opportunities in major markets. The candidate will define (together with General Managers) the strategy to be followed in commercial negotiations and conduct the analysis that will be key to generating future longlasting partnerships.
Among other responsibilities the candidate will lead global initiatives to improve how we analyze our partnership agreements and global initiatives to identify gaps between agreed conditions and performance and act upon them.
Given the ambitious nature of this project this role requires outstanding analytical skills proactiveness maturity pragmatism intellectual curiosity and a proven track record of taking ideas and quickly turning them into action.
On daytoday you will be responsible for:
- Analyze the feasibility of potential partnerships and propose solutions so that they make sense for both Fever and the potential partner (demand analysis pricing optimization the value proposition of the partner Fevers value proposition etc.
- Define and establish the commercial strategy to be followed in each of the markets under his/her direct responsibility
- Participate in key negotiations with potential partners
- Identify opportunities for escalation with partners (more geographies stronger alliance etc.
- Support performance teams on early identification of potential problems
- Have a global picture of your markets and be the touchpoint of Growth with other departments (Marketing Sales Operations etc.
- Work with people and projects across different markets in a big international atmosphere (up to 40 countries)
- Assume complete responsibility for decisions made by the growth team within your designated business line ensuring alignment with strategic growth objectives
- Define and establish innovative growth strategies aimed at improving key business metrics and achieving sustainable expansion
- Drive the endtoend of impactful projects and solutions contributing significantly to the companys success
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Physics Maths Economics or similar ones with high achievement results
- At least 5 years of work experience at consultancy firms or investment banking or strategic business development roles
- Experience with presentations storytelling and topdown communication
- Professional working proficiency in English and French
- Strong ethical commitment
- Good interpersonal communication (internal and external stakeholders)
