Job Description
We are growing and we are looking for junior/mid levelNMS Engineerto join us!
The job holder will be reporting to the NMS & Tools Supervisor and will be a part of NMS & IT professional services team!
What does our team do
The main responsibilities of the NMS Team are the evaluation/selection support and evolution of Network Management Systems in the domains of Radio Access 2G/4G/5G) Transmission & Transport (MW WDM & MPLS).
Responsibilities:
- Perform typical system administrative activities including daily performance monitoring routine equipment checks and preventative maintenance updating controlling access permissions and privileges.
- Analyze troubleshoot and resolve/escalate problems related to endusers complains.
- Perform Preventive & corrective maintenance according to specifications & Vendor guidelines ensuring effective operation.
- Implement s/w & h/w updates and major upgrades together with the Vendor of the corresponding NMS.
- Cooperate and jointly investigate with technical support teams (Radio & Transmission) in case of failures 2nd level troubleshooting.
- Participate in Audit PoC & Testing procedures.
- Participate in RFI and Vendor selection.
Requirements
Essentials:
- Experience with network management tools (OSS/EMS/NMS)
- Knowledge of Mobile Radio technology MPLS Microwave & DWDM/FO technology
- Experience with Windows & Linux Server environments
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good command of English (both written and spoken)

Good to have:
- Basic knowledge of IP networks
- Knowledge in Linux scripting languages and SQL
- Relational Database (mySQL/ Oracle SQL)
