The Cascade Landing Community Manager is responsible for the effective management of the Cascade
Landing facility including property operations tenant relations compliance and collaboration with
Community Action programs. The ideal candidate will possess property management experience crisis
intervention skills and financial/asset management knowledge to fully oversee the sites operations with
minimal support. The position will be approximately 2025 hours per week and on call as necessary on call
hours may vary between 05 hours per week.
Onsite residency is preferred but not required please review benefits section below for details.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Work is generally performed onsite at CascadeLanding. May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift and carry weight at least15 lbs. Must be able to kneel bend twist squat and climb stairs. Position may be exposed to situationalenvironmental or health hazards such as mental health issues drug abuse/paraphernalia domestic violence bloodfecal matter parasites and communicable disease. Sufficient mobility required for use of standard office
equipment. Hearing and communication ability must be sufficient to perform essential job functions. Travel withinand outside Agencys service area may be required.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Starting wage between $29.64$32.71 per hour (DOE)
Rent Concession: For onsite living a 50 discount on the cost of a studio unit or equivalent credit on a larger unit will be provided.Subject to unit availability.
Onsite living is optional for candidates who demonstrate the ability to manage the properly effectively without residency it is preferred but not required.
