Team Leader Day Shifts
Hourly Rate: 15.45 per hour
Fulltime Hours 3 to 4 shifts per week) 07:00 19:00

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Leader for day shifts at our clients care home. The ideal candidate will have a minimum Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care at least one year of experience in a residential or nursing home setting and a strong understanding of PersonCentred Care Planning.
As a Team Leader you will be responsible for ensuring the wellbeing of residents promoting a safe and inclusive environment and leading a team of care staff.
What Were Looking For
- Minimum of Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- Minimum of two years experience in a residential/nursing home setting in a similar role
- Awareness of the principles of Personcentred Care Planning
- Full driving license
- Satisfactory Care Character Assessment
- Experience of managing a team

Responsibilities
- Ensure the delivery of highquality care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans
- Supervise and support care staff providing guidance and mentoring as needed
- Act as a role model in the delivery of personcentred care respecting the dignity and individuality of each resident
- Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for residents staff and visitors
- Participate in the development and review of care plans ensuring they are tailored to meet the individual needs and preferences of residents
- Conduct regular staff meetings appraisals and training sessions to enhance the knowledge and skills of the care team
- Monitor and maintain comprehensive records in line with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to ensure the holistic wellbeing of residents
- Implement and adhere to safeguarding procedures to prevent and respond to abuse of vulnerable adults
- Act as a senior point of contact for residents and their families resolving any concerns or issues with empathy and professionalism
- Adhere to all policies procedures and regulations applicable to the residential or nursing home setting
