Job Summary
OMeara Motors is looking for an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join their team. The Finance Manager will collaborate with dealership personnel to ensure credit and finance processes comply with state and local statutes and regulations.
Compensation Range: $140000$250000
Responsibilities
Administer credit applications contracts and related documents within dealership operating policy and federal/state regulations
Responsible for compliance with state local and federal laws relating to consumer military lending
Train and supervise personnel to ensure establishment operations related to finance comply with state and federal guidelines
Review credit reports and recommend credit decisions for customers
Evaluate customer credit worthiness to determine finance programs
Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records for customers
Provide finance department leadership and ensure personnel adhere to authority and financial regulations
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of finance experience in an automotive dealership
Knowledge of federal state and local legislation and regulations related to finance function operation
Strong interpersonal financial analysis and problemsolving skills
Demonstrated ability to train and lead personnel
Ability to work within a fastpaced and dynamic environment
