Level 3 Nursery Room Leader
Salary: Up to 28000
Fulltime 40 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join a dynamic team. The role involves leading a room supporting childrens development and ensuring a highquality early years experience.
What Were Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
- Previous experience in a nursery setting with leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and best practices in early years education.
- Passionate about child development with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and Inspire: Manage the daytoday running of the room ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment.
- Child Development: Plan and deliver ageappropriate activities that support childrens learning and development.
- Team Support: Mentor and guide practitioners within the room fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere.
- Parent Partnerships: Build strong professional relationships with families providing updates on their childs progress.
- Safeguarding & Welfare: Ensure all policies and procedures are followed to maintain high standards of safety and care.
