Level 3 Nursery Room Leader
Salary: Up to 28000
Fulltime 40 hours per week

Our client is a welcoming and wellresourced nursery with extensive outdoor space bright and engaging playrooms and a focus on providing nutritional and tasty meals for every child. They are dedicated to fostering a safe nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive through play and exploration.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join a dynamic team. The role involves leading a room supporting childrens development and ensuring a highquality early years experience.

What Were Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
  • Previous experience in a nursery setting with leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and best practices in early years education.
  • Passionate about child development with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Inspire: Manage the daytoday running of the room ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment.
  • Child Development: Plan and deliver ageappropriate activities that support childrens learning and development.
  • Team Support: Mentor and guide practitioners within the room fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere.
  • Parent Partnerships: Build strong professional relationships with families providing updates on their childs progress.
  • Safeguarding & Welfare: Ensure all policies and procedures are followed to maintain high standards of safety and care.
