An opportunity Built for you
As the Assistant Development Manager you will provide support in operational aspects of projects assisting the management and administration of project delivery and development. The role will cover all facets of the project from feasibility studies planning and design legal negotiation leasing marketing contract administration financial reporting construction to completion.
Heres what a typical day might look like for you:
- Work with the project team on all aspects of development planning design and delivery
- Support monitoring of the performance of the development team and their compliance with the development vision
- Preparation of consultancy briefs to formal awarding of contractual arrangements
- Aid in management of tenancy activities to ensure objectives are met including financial cashflow management and lease
- Maintain compliant project record documentation
- Regular report writing project monthly invoicing budget and cashflow management
This position offers an exciting opportunity for a new Assistant Development Manager to play a central role in the realisation of a landmark tower in the heart of Sydneys CBD. The project is currently in the phase of development so you will have the opportunity to see the project through from infancy to completion!
