What is the role
Reporting to the Northwest Europe Cluster Lead the Clinical Product Manager is responsible for the development penetration and growth of the homecare environment.
Through building strategic partnerships with key Homecare Dealers and prescribing HCPs in hospitals and Community Settings the incumbent will be responsible for Aerogens revenue growth targets by building effective partnership commercial go to market plans collaboration and .
Implementing pricing strategies and valuebased purchasing negotiations and in collaboration with the team and Cluster lead the successful candidate will build and execute a comprehensive Strategic Partnership Goto Market plan to accelerate Aerogen Growth in the homecare market.
The Clinical Product Manager will build and own strong customer relationships with Key Healthcare Professionals and patient advocacy groups as well as Homecare providers to drive the usage of Aerogen products for homecare patients by formulating a comprehensive Aerogen service & value offer including facilitating and leading training and covisits in the field.
The responsibilities include strong collaboration with the global marketing team building key local opinion leaders with Medical Affairs and partner with cluster commercial leadership to own and deliver the revenue targets while building out the growth strategy in this sector.
Part of the incumbents market development role is to investigate and propose a Go to Market or investment plan to actively penetrate and grow the Homecare market through strategic alliances.

What are the key responsibilities
Achieve sales revenue budget for Aerogen Homecare and Hospital to Home within the region by the different sales channels through:
Building KOL partnerships to optimize growth in line with Aerogen growth targets
Finding and Driving Patient Advocacy groups to support the awareness of Aerogen Homecare
Influencing Regional Guidelines to support the use of Aerogen at Home
Working with homecare providers to drive the use of Aerogen at Home
Expanding Aerogen use beyond acute setting targeting virtual wards settings to increase awareness and usage of Aerogen Homecare.
o Homecare Provider Relationship Management
o Facilitate Education & Training program for home care providers healthcare professionals and Patient/patient relatives.
o Collaboration with the Marketing Manager for market campaigns
Be the Goto Market expert for Hospital to Home in the region to support internal and external stakeholders:
o Product support and understanding of the device and its application.
o Running dedicated workshops and educational sessions.
o Protocol and guideline clarification for the team with support from Medical Affairs. Supporting Global marketing and Medical Affairs and having direct contact with them to drive mutually agreed objectives.
Launch new products in combination with Global Marketing for the region.
Regular and efficient work in Aerogens the digital systems PULSE (CRM LMS Sales Excellence)

What education and experience are required
Minimum of a degree with Clinical background and Commercial experience.
At least ten years relevant experience in hospital and homecare setting in a commercial and clinical role.
New Product Launch experience within hospital to home/respiratory setting.
