Job Description

Job Description Summary
Student Intern

Essential Functions
Assist in the development of communication collateral materials including brochures presentations and fact sheets to promote supplier diversity programs. Create digital content for supplier diversityrelated initiatives including social media intranet and website updates. Attend and support the planning coordination and of outreach events including workshops webinars and vendor fairs. Conduct research on supplier diversity trends best practices and industry benchmarks. Assist with compiling and analyzing data related to supplier diversity goals and performance metrics and prepare reports/presentations summarizing the findings. Monitor and summarize key policies regulations and trends impacting supplier diversity. Assist in creating surveys and gathering feedback from stakeholders to improve programs and initiatives. Work closely with internal departments to ensure alignment of supplier diversity efforts with organizational goals. Participate in meetings with community partners and external stakeholders to promote supplier diversity initiatives.

Work Schedule
Monday Friday 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
