Clinical Manager (LCSW or LCPC or LMFT)
A Clinical Manager (LCSW or LCPC or LMFT) is needed in Canton IL.
Titan Placement Group invites you to explore an opportunity in Canton IL. Canton is known for its rich industrial history particularly as the home of the former International Harvester manufacturing plant which played a significant role in the towns economy for much of the 20th century. Salary and Benefits
- Exempt Salary: $66000$81000 based on experience.
- Health Insurance Employer covers 95 of employee premium.
- Dental Insurance Employer covers 95 of employee premium.
- Employer Pays 50 of dependent premium for medical and dental.
- Life Insurance 1.5x annual salary (up to $50000
- Spouse Life Insurance is provided at $5000.

Responsibilities
- Schedule: MondayFriday 8:30am5:00pm
- Some Oncall required.
- No Client Caseload for this position. Strictly a leadership/supervisory role only.
- Provides Clinical and Administrative supervision consultation and support to assigned personnel.
- Recruit interview hire and train new staff.
- Oversee the daily workflow of the department.
- Participates in agency performance improvement activities to implement new programs or streamline or improve current programs
Requirements
- Clear and Active License in the State of Illinois
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Experience providing direct care and treatment in a behavioral health setting preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
