- Arrive to job site on time in logod shirt and appropriate work clothing.
- Follow a checklist to repair wood cabinets and other wood surfaces by restoring color and reconditioning their finish
- Follow instructions given by project manager
- Follow Kitchen TuneUps customer service Trustpoints on every project
- Keep the work area clean and orderly
- Keep track of tools and keep your job place organized
- Communicate with project manager daily about progress
- Work quickly and efficiently (clients do not want us in their home any longer than needed)
- Ability to work in Tucson Marana and the surrounding communities
- Stellar work ethic
- Willing to learn and be trainable
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to follow directions without deviating
- Must be able to interact with our customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Must take personal pride in a job done right the first time
- Must have a valid drivers license and good driving record
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Ability to colormatch (cannot be color blind)
- Competent with a tape measure and fractions is a plus
- Steady work and rapid growth in the Tucson market
- We are willing to train the right candidates
- Tools provided for the job site
