We are seeking a Product Support Associate to join our Corporate Actions & Income Processing (CAIP) team to assist with our growing client demand in the North American region. In this role you will work closely with internal teams to assist with multiple projects and work with clientele that includes leading Investment Banks Wealth Managers Custodians and Asset Managers. Youll report to the CAIP North American Business Lead as well as work closely with stakeholders across our organization to deliver bestinclass solutions.
This role offers the opportunity to directly contribute to our aggressive revenue growth targets while advancing scalable innovative technologies for our clients.
This role is considered hybrid which means youll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote and meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed.
This is a temporary contract position expected to last over 1 year with the possibility of going permanent
Work Mode: We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid which means youll be coming into the Newark or Edgewood office 2 days a week andgiven the flexibility to work remotely the rest of the time.
