Position Overview:
As a Sr. Creative Specialist you will be responsible for leading and executing creative design projects from concept to completion. You will collaborate closely with the broader Communications team to create visually compelling onbrand designs across a variety of digital and print mediums. Youll mentor junior designers manage multiple design projects and ensure the delivery of highquality design work that meets client expectations and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design process for various projects including branding digital marketing web design print materials and more.
Conceptualize and create visual designs that align with client goals brand guidelines and target audiences.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure design consistency and successful across all channels.
Review and approve design work at all stages ensuring that all deliverables meet brand standards and are ontime.
Stay uptodate with industry trends design tools and technology to ensure the work is innovative and competitive.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders incorporating feedback and making adjustments as needed.
Qualifications:
5 years of professional experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both digital and print media.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop InDesign XD etc. and other relevant design tools.
Strong understanding of design principles typography color theory and layout.
Experience designing for web and digital media including responsive web design social media content and email marketing.
Solid understanding of branding visual identity and the creative process from ideation to .
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively.
Strong attention to detail with a passion for producing highquality pixelperfect designs.
Experience with animation or motion graphics (optional but a plus).
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field.
Experience with UX/UI design principles and web development (HTML CSS JavaScript basics).
Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation.
Experience working with large brands or agencies.
