Role Overview:
As aMidMarket Sales Account Manager you will be at the forefront of driving dopays growth by engaging with midmarket clients understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions that enhance their payroll processes. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with business leaders deliver value through dopays product and contribute to our mission of financial inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Actively identify and engage with midmarket businesses present dopays solution and drive sales through various channels including cold calling networking referrals and more.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both potential and existing clients ensuring longterm partnerships.
- Market Insight: Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor products providing regular feedback on market opportunities and customer needs.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions. Report progress and provide forecasts to management ensuring the sales pipeline is uptodate.
- Product Mastery: Gain deep knowledge of dopays product offerings to effectively demonstrate features and tailor solutions to client needs.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with the dopay sales team and other departments to deliver seamless client experiences. Participate in team meetings training and professional development opportunities.
RequirementsQualifications:
- Experience: 23 years of sales experience preferably in B2B SaaS fintech or a related field.
- Skills:
- Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and close sales.
- Strong organizational skills and experience with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce).
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field is preferred but not required.
