Parking Management Company is currently seeking an experienced Commercial Parking Manager to join our team. Commercial Parking Manager Duties:

  • Schedule staff according to business forecasts payroll budget guidelines and productivity requirements.
  • Oversee performance reviews training and development of all staff to achieve service quality standards.
  • Manage all aspects of selfparking operations including guest interaction and shift coverage.
  • Maintain supplies and inventories on an asneeded basis or at a minimum monthly par.
  • Motivate Attendant team members and establish a productive working environment at each location.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and respond to those guests who require followup.
  • Analyze reports and communicate information to staff and appropriate locations.
  • Respond quickly to guest requests or complaints in a friendly manner taking appropriate action to resolve matters. Follow up to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
  • Work closely with all client departments to ensure groups and special functions are handled smoothly.
  • Coordinate training efforts and continually assess the progress of all staff in technical and service excellence skills.
  • Correspond with clients in a consistent manner reporting financial results and operational overview.

Qualifications

Requirements and Experience:

  • Travel: 1550 (to be determined)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook PowerPoint Word and Excel)
  • Minimum 1 year of management experience
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong teambuilding skills and the ability to motivate others.
  • Teamplayer mindset and willingness to collaborate.
  • Willingness to take responsibility and act independently when necessary.
  • Valid instate drivers license with a clean driving record. Ability to pass PMCs background check.
  • Use of personal cell phones may be required for work purposes.
