What Youll Do:
As a Maintenance Technician youll be key to ensuring our apartment communities are in topnotch condition. From routine tasks to emergency repairs youll help keep everything running smoothly for our residents.
Your responsibilities include:
- Timely Service Requests: Youll efficiently tackle a variety of service requests such as minor appliance repairs plumbing electrical issues HVAC maintenance and pool care all while ensuring topquality service within 24 hours.
- Groundskeeping & Curb Appeal: Keeping the property looking great by handling tasks like litter removal pressure washing and maintaining building exteriors and common areas.
- Team Collaboration: Youll be an integral part of a friendly dedicated maintenance team working together to make sure everything is in working order.
- OnCall Support: Help us stay flexible and ready for anything by sharing afterhours weekend and holiday responsibilities with fellow teammates.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of frequently used parts and supplies to ensure were always ready for the next job.
What You Bring:
- A passion for customer service and teamwork
- Property maintenance experience (HVAC plumbing electrical appliance repairs etc.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various conditions
- A valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- A willingness to learn and grow with us
