Job Description
Job Title: Home Health Aide
Location: Croydon PA
Job Hours: 10am to 10pm

At Better Home Care we pride ourselves on delivering compassionate professional care to our patients. We are seeking a mature and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team and provide exceptional service in a home health setting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist patients in maintaining their independence by providing support personal services and education to families.
- Monitor and record patient conditions including physical and mental health intake/output and exercise routines.
- Perform housekeeping tasks such as laundry shopping meal preparation and running errands.
- Provide personal care services including bathing dressing and grooming.
- Educate patients and families on using assistive devices personal hygiene techniques and special equipment.
- Teach family members proper methods for lifting turning and repositioning patients.
- Offer advice on nutrition cleanliness and maintaining a safe home environment.
- Maintain accurate patient records and report any changes or concerns to the nursing supervisor.
- Adhere to professional standards policies and procedures as well as federal state and local regulations.
- Enhance the agencys reputation by going above and beyond in patient care.
Position Details:
- Schedule:Varies by case
- Shift Options: Day shift Monday through Friday with weekend and overnight availability.
- Work Setting: Inperson.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a home health setting (required).
- License/Certification: Drivers License (required); Certified Home Health Aide (preferred).
- Transportation: Reliable transportation is required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour.
