The Director of Retention and Lifecycle Management drives customer acquisition retention loyalty and revenue growth by overseeing the customer journey managing email/SMS/app campaigns and developing automated personalized strategies to maximize LTV. Expertise in multichannel marketing across eCommerce Retail and Subscription with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically is critical.
Pura relies on its owned channels (email SMS mobile app) for sustainable growth and retention. Success requires both highlevel segmentation and content strategy with detailed implementation plans. This role involves educating teams creating campaign roadmaps and collaborating crossfunctionally for seamless customer experiences to achieve business objectives. They have a seat at the table with UX and product leaders focused on sharing segmentation learnings and CRM tool best practices.
