Position Summary:
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician you are responsible for maintaining equipment to operate in the safest and most productive condition troubleshooting monitoring adjusting and repairing manufacturing equipment and machinery throughout AAE.
The following are the essential job functions:
- Work with electrical motors pneumatic and hydraulic systems and singlephase and threephase electrical systems.
- Repair install adjust modify and service all equipment.
- Evaluate equipment reliability and take actions to improve performance.
- Knowledge of heavy machinery safety (LOTO)
- Minimum of three years of experience in industrial maintenance.
- Skilled and experienced in the areas of electrical mechanical pneumatic hydraulic basic welding and Rigging.
- Ability to use a programmable logic controller (PLC) for troubleshooting purposes.
- Complete work orders in a safe manner.
- Perform preventative maintenance.
- Ability to learn our manufacturing processes.
- Comfortable in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift and move equipment or parts that weigh up to 50 pounds.
