Job Description
Maintenance Technician
Pay ranges based off of experience (starts at a minimum of $28.00/hour and ranges up) plus shift premium of $2.50/hour
2nd shift: 3:30pm- 12am
Eligible for quarterly bonuses
Up to $3000 SIGN ON BONUS FOR ALL NEW HIRES!!!
We are located at 1000 West Bagley Rd. Berea OH 44107.
What Youll Do
As a Maintenance Technician youll be part of our Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing team located in Berea OH. Youll get to:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Mechanically troubleshoot repair and maintain all types of industrial machinery equipment and systems
Capable of rebuilding or repairing machines or assemblies to original operating conditions
Familiar with CNC machines punch presses and spot-welding equipment
Responsible for project management work and/or documentation of product equipment or processes
Communicate discuss and/or review repair problems with Engineering the Tool Room Production Team Leads or vendors as needed
Performs equipment failure analyses (including preventative and unscheduled maintenance)
Plan and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment up time
Keep neat orderly records and order spare parts
Perform other duties that may be assigned

Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing (CAM) a division of Stanley Black & Decker is a leading innovator and strategic partner in the manufacturing of fasteners fittings and engineered products for the aerospace defense and industrial markets. CAM is currently comprised of nine subsidiaries across the United States split among three segments.
Required Education/Experience
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Previous manufacturing experience.
Must be able to fabricate weld or machine parts as required.
Must have some knowledge of mechanical troubleshooting including power transmission fluid power and pneumatics.
Ability to read write and understand written specifications procedures and prints.
Ability to design and execute from verbal instructions.
Must possess good mechanical aptitude and have the ability to work on close-tolerance equipment and/or parts.
Ability to use various measuring devices (torque wrench micrometers Vernier calipers dial indicators etc.)
Must be able to use math to calculate dimensions and determine equipment setups.
