Your Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity for customer focused individuals to join our ThirdParty management team on a permanent fulltime basis.
You will aim to convert third parties to our accredited repair network while also offering a hire car.
This is a rare entry level role into the insurance industry. The role provides an interesting opportunity for an individual with a background in a call centre customer service role retail hospitality hairdressing and/or motor insurance who has strong communication and negotiation skills.
The key responsibilities for this role include the following but not limited to:
Convert third parties to our accredited smash repair network
Identify suitable mobility solutions for third parties
Determine liability
Provide a valued service to third parties increasing satisfaction
Communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders
Improve QBEs reputation to promptly pay valid claims and provide quality customer service
Reduce claims life cycleand QBEs thirdparty exposure
About You
The key skills required for this role include the following:
Individuals with experience in customer service
Claims handling experience is a bonus but not essential
Experience with motor insurance is advantageous but not essential
Ability to communicate effectively with a positive and upbeat attitude
Strong written and verbal communication skills
