About us
Placemaking NSW is responsible for managing and caring for some of Sydneys most iconic harbourside venues and locations including The Rocks Barangaroo Darling Harbour and White Bay Power Station. We also lead the planning and delivery of the Bays West Urban Renewal Precinct a state significant project that will bring new homes jobs and public spaces to 77 hectares of governmentowned land just 2 kilometres from Sydneys CBD.


The role
Lead and grow First Nations cultural tour programs in some of Sydneys most iconic locationsBarangaroo and The Rocks. In this leadership role youll oversee engaging visitor experiences ensuring First Nations culture is shared authentically and meaningfully with both tourists and locals. Youll manage a team enhance program content and streamline operations while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

This is a unique opportunity to promote and celebrate First Nations culture in highprofile locations shaping public awareness and appreciation. With a mix of strategic oversight and handson engagement youll ensure these programs continue to thrive and evolve.
