THE PROGRAM
8 weeks from midJune to midAugust
20 hours/week with the following schedule:
Tuesdays and Thursdays in the office from 9 a.m. 5 p.m.
One additional hybrid halfday
Matched to business functions based on interests and career goals to ensure a meaningful and relevant handson experience.(i.e. Marketing Finance Business Development etc to be determined during the interview process)

QUALIFICATIONS
Currently a rising sophomore junior or senior pursuing a degree in a relevant field
Eager to learn take initiative and contribute in a professional environment
Strong communication organizational and problemsolving skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
A proactive and adaptable mindset with a strong desire for personal and professional growth
COMPENSATION
$17.25/hour
JOB LOCATION
Hybrid in San Diego; 2 days onsite 1 half day remote
