Job Title: Epicor ERP Functional Consultant (TurkishSpeaking)

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and system requirements.
- Conduct system analysis and gapfit analysis to identify areas where customization or configuration may be required.
- Configure and customize the Epicor ERP system based on client requirements using tools like Epicor Administration Console and BPM.
- Develop detailed functional specifications and documentation for system modifications or enhancements.
- Provide enduser training and support during system implementation and postimplementation phases.
- Assist in creating test plans test scripts and conducting system testing to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the implemented solutions.
- Address and troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure smooth system operation.
- Collaborate with technical teams to communicate business requirements and facilitate system changes or enhancements.
- Stay updated with the latest Epicor ERP functionalities trends and best practices and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Participate in project meetings communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders and provide regular status reports.
- Conduct business process analysis and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Provide training and support to endusers on Epicor ERP functionalities.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including functional specifications and user manuals.
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in Turkish and English both written and spoken.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems particularly Epicor ERP.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Epicor ERP system preferably in multiple modules.
- Proven experience as an Epicor Functional Consultant or similar role working on ERP implementation projects.
- Proficient in Epicor configuration and customization tools such as Epicor Administration Console BPM and Crystal Reports.
- Sound understanding of business processes and ability to translate user requirements into system functionalities.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills to identify gaps and suggest effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and crossfunctional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities within project timelines.
- A solid understanding of project management methodologies and practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Epicor ERP certification.
- Experience in the manufacturing or distribution industry.
- Knowledge of SQL and database management.
