We are looking for aData Analystto help translate raw data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decisionmaking.
Role Overview:
As aData AnalystatTheAILabb you will analyze complex datasets create interactive visualizations and generate reports to support business intelligence and product development. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure data accuracy uncover trends and provide actionable recommendations usingPower BIand other analytical tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting:Extract clean and analyze structured and unstructured data to generate insights.
Power BI Dashboard Development:Design develop and maintaininteractive Power BI dashboards and reportsfor stakeholders.
Data Visualization & Storytelling:Create compelling visual representations of data to facilitate decisionmaking.
SQL Querying & Data Extraction:Write complex SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from relational databases.
Business Intelligence & Insights:Identify trends patterns and anomalies to support datadriven strategies.
Collaboration & Communication:Work with engineers product managers and business leaders to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
Data Governance & Quality:Ensure data accuracy integrity and compliance with industry standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Power BI:
Experience buildinginteractive dashboards DAX calculations and Power Query transformations.
Strong knowledge ofPower BI best practices performance optimization and data modeling techniques.
Technical Expertise:
StrongSQL skillsfor querying and data manipulation.
Experience withdata visualization tools(Power BI Tableau Looker or similar).
Knowledge ofExcel (pivot tables advanced formulas VBA is a plus).
Familiarity withETL processesand data pipeline management.
Basic understanding ofPython or Rfor data analysis is a plus.
Analytical & ProblemSolving Skills:
Strong ability to analyze and interpret large datasets.
Experience inidentifying trends anomalies and actionable insights.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present data insights effectively.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
NicetoHave:
Experience withcloud data platforms (Snowflake BigQuery Redshift).
Understanding ofmachine learning conceptsand AIdriven analytics.
Knowledge ofdata governance and compliance (GDPR CCPA).
