Mission:
A JobNimbus Director of Design is a strategic leader who bridges the gap between user needs business goals and design excellence. They champion a usercentric approach fostering a collaborative environment to create intuitive and delightful product experiences.
What youll be doing:
- User Impact: Driving measurable improvements in user engagement satisfaction and key user metrics.
- Design Excellence: Delivering highquality design solutions that meet usability accessibility and brand standards.
- Team Leadership: Building a strong motivated design team fostering professional development and collaboration.
- Strategic Thinking: Aligning design efforts with business goals and product roadmap translating user needs into actionable design solutions.
- Communication & Advocacy: Effectively communicating design decisions and rationale to stakeholders across the organization.
What Makes You A Superhero for this role:
- Minimum 5 years in product design leadership
- Proven track record of leading and mentoring design teams.
- Strong understanding of design principles (interaction design UI/UX visual design).
- Experience with user research methodologies (user interviews usability testing).
- Proficiency in Figma and other tools (Sketch Adobe XD).
- Excellent communication collaboration and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear and concise design solutions.
- Passion for usercentered design and a relentless focus on improving user experience.
