Job Description
Banyan Search is partnering with an industry leader in their search for a Senior IT Auditor. This role adds to a high performing team that encourages development and growth while also adding value across the organization. Our client would prefer for the Senior IT Auditor to be IN office in their Triadbased location.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and executing IT SOX controls testing
- Planning and executing operational audits related to IT
- Reporting and communicating audit results to leadership
- Utilize data analytics to increase efficiencies of SOX testing
- Improve audit/controls testing processes using data analytics and advanced technologies
- Collaborate with team members and business leaders in understanding and remediating any audit issues
Qualifications for the Senior IT Auditor:
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science or Accounting (Masters preferred)
- 4 years IT Audit experience including experience at a large public accounting firm
- CISA or CISSP certification
- Excellent written and oral communications
- Data analytics capabilities
- Strong interpersonal skills with strong ability to work crossfunctionally
