The Opportunity

This is a key frontline role responsible for assisting in the daytoday operations of the depot including operational delivery and compliance managing systems liaising with our drivers rostering and reporting.

• Position located in High Wycombe
• Assisting Managers to implement business plans and strategic objectives for the site as well as assisting in the planning and delivery of school route special event and charter services at the depot.
• Maintain good business relationships with all stakeholders and staff and develop a collaborative working relationship (both internally and externally) focusing on excellence in service provision and individual performance.
• Manage daytoday staff resource allocations for the depot.This includes maintaining drivers rosters through coach manager.Assist your managers to implement costeffective staffing strategies.

The boxes youll tick

• Must be available to work Part time for our PM shift. The PM shift will run from 2:00pm to 6pm Monday to Friday subject to operational requirements.
• Flexibility to work alternate shifts on occasion
• Previous experience in transport logistics or operations preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Minimum MR Drivers License
• A current PTD accreditation and Working with Children Checkor willing to obtain
• Current First Aid certificate is preferable or willing to obtain
• Excellent planning and organisational ability including the ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent customer service focus
• Intermediate computer literacy including the ability to utilise integrated software systems (TIMS knowledge is preferable)
