Job Description

We are currently seeking a detailoriented and organized Clerical Specialist to join our clients team and provide essential office support.

Job Summary

The Clerical Specialist will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations. This role requires excellent communication skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors clients and employees in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls emails and correspondence
  • Maintain and organize files records and office documentation
  • Schedule appointments meetings and conference calls
  • Prepare reports memos and other business documents
  • Assist with data entry and database management
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree preferred)
  • 1 years of administrative or clerical experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Professional and friendly demeanor with a customer service mindset
