Primary job responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Residential Battery Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of our residential energy storage solutions. This role is integral to identifying new customer opportunities building relationships with key stakeholders and driving sales growth in the rapidly evolving residential battery sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewable energy battery technology or related industries (Inverter Solar System business Renewable energy) coupled with exceptional strategic planning and relationship management skills.
Market Analysis & Strategy Development:
Conduct indepth market research to identify growth opportunities in the residential battery Small C&I & Solar system sector
Analyze customer needs market trends and competitive landscape to shape gotomarket strategies
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets
Sales & Business Growth:
Identify develop and manage partnerships with distributors installers for generating sales revenue
Present solutions to potential customers especially for B2B customer (Energy Provider Inverter Company and so on)
Build and nurture relationships with utility companies energy service providers and big installers
Work closely with engineering and product development teams to provide customer feedback and ensure product offerings align with market needs
Professional and personal competences:
Minimum of 3 years work experience in renewable energy sector
University degree in economics or engineering or a comparable qualification
Proven record of delivering sales revenue according to a predefined sales target
Excellent communication skills; verbal written and presentation
Deep knowledge of LiIon batteries inverters PV system and deep technical background
Professional highly motivated individual with a strong resultsoriented work ethic
Flexibel and proactive working way to meet customer expectations; an ability to travel extensively across EU countries
Professional English and German languages are mandatory
