This position will be onsite in Rogers at First Baptist Church.
Responsilbilites:
Take inbound requests for service and accurately log them into the helpdesk system.
Provide tier 1 support to clients including troubleshooting and resolving basic technical issues.
Escalate and dispatch service requests that require onsite support to the appropriate team members.
Offer recommendations and assist with systematic improvements to the support process.
Audit automated support processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Assist with rollout of new systems.
Go onsite to partner locations to provide support to clients.

Pay: $15/hour
Schedule: 40hour week: typically 8 a.m. 5 p.m. MondayFriday
