Job Description
Apprenticely is helping TectroIThire an IT Help Desk Intern to help their team! This is a great opportunity for individuals who
are looking to gain handson experience in the IT services industry. The ideal candidate will be a
selfstarter with a positive attitude a strong willingness to learn and the ability to work effectively in a customer service capacity.
This position will be onsite in Rogers at First Baptist Church.
Responsilbilites:
- Take inbound requests for service and accurately log them into the helpdesk system.
- Provide tier 1 support to clients including troubleshooting and resolving basic technical issues.
- Escalate and dispatch service requests that require onsite support to the appropriate team members.
- Offer recommendations and assist with systematic improvements to the support process.
- Audit automated support processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist with rollout of new systems.
- Go onsite to partner locations to provide support to clients.
What Skills Does an Ideal Candidate Have
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Selfstarter with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
- Positive attitude and a customerfocused mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people.
- Very fluent in English with strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of IT systems and a keen interest in technology.
- A work environment that promotes focus during work hours.
- Adequate Internet service.
- Ability to work and manage tasks independently.
Our Must Haves:
- Ability to work in the United States without a current or future need for visa sponsorship
- Current Arkansas state resident
- Must be have reliable transportation to drive to work locations around NWA
Details:
- Pay: $15/hour
- Schedule: 40hour week: typically 8 a.m. 5 p.m. MondayFriday
- Length of Internship: 3 months
- Location: OnSite Rogers AR
$15 $15 an hour
