Job Summary (includes but is not limited to the following other duties may be assigned)
Using Strategic Sourcing methodologies the role will manage the procurement of General Services Information Technology Real Estate Services Corp Services and other related services for the company within the set purchasing policies and guidelines to ensure best landed value and uninterrupted & timely supply in line with the objectives of the business stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data for general services category.
- Conduct sourcing events in S2P system (Coupa).
- Supplier relationship management.
- Contract development and negotiation.
- Function as general services trusted advisor and business partner which includes collaboration with key stakeholders to identify emerging cost and supply risks.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelors degree in Purchasing Supply Chain Business or a related field with minimum of 10 years related experience in strategically sourcing and procuring general services or a similar category.
- Experience in procurement / sourcing tools and process (SAP Ariba Coupa)
- Strong Excel and data analytics skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Coupa S2P.
- Strong understanding of commercial contract negotiation and terminology.
Additional Benefit Hybrid with OnSite in Houston TX: Three times a week with Manager approval
