Generative AI Engineer

As a Generative AI Engineer youspecialize in integrating generative AI solutions andapplying generative models. Your work enables advancements in various industries for our customers including data augmentationRAG systems virtual assistantsand moreexpanding the AI capabilities and driving innovation in applications that require realistic outputs.We are hiring a highly motivated Generative AI Engineer to join our talented engineering team. As a Generative AI Engineer you will be responsible for developing and implementing cuttingedge generative AI models to solve complex problems and drive innovation for our customers. You will work closely with data scientists software engineers and product managers to design build and deploy AIpowered solutions that enhance the business of our customers.

Some key responsibilities:

• Implementing and augmentinggenerative AI models and tools such as GPT LLama langchain Langfuse..
• Implementing and augmenting existing thirdparty solutions (eg. Microsoft Copilot etc. with proprietary solutions and methods to ensure the customer has the best possible integration of generative AI capabilities in his workforce
• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to define AI project requirements and objectives ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Conducting research to stay uptodate with the latest advancements in generative AI machine learning and deep learning techniques and identify opportunities to integrate them into our products and services.
• Optimizing existing generative AI models for improved performance scalability and efficiency.
• Developing and maintaining MLOPS pipelines including data preprocessing feature extraction model training and evaluation.
• Developing and maintaining containerized AI backends using tools like Docker and FastAPI.
• Developing clear and concise documentation including technical specifications user guides and presentations to communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Contributing to the best practices and standards for generative AI development within the organization.
• Providing technical mentorship and guidance to other team members on the topic of generative AI

• You have a degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.
• You have solid experience withimplementing generative AI models with a strong understanding of deep learning techniques like transformer models.
• You are proficient in Python and have experience with machinelearning libraries.
• You have a strong knowledge of data structures algorithms and software engineering principles.
• You are familiar with cloudbased platforms and services such as Azure.
• You know software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
• You possess excellent problemsolving skills and can think critically and creatively to develop innovative AI solutions.
• You have strong communication skills and can effectively convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
• You possess a proactive mindset and canwork independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.

Following experiences are a plus:

• Showing your passion through GitHub repos or prior engagements in Kaggle competitions
• Proven track record of developing and deploying scalable machine learning models.
• Publications in relevant AI/ML conferences and journals.
