Job Description

As the Head of Adoption you will be responsible for ensuring that both new and existing technology tools and processes are adopted effectively and efficiently across the firm. This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

About the role

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement adoption strategies for new and existing tools technologies and processes together with the Adoption team based on business requirements gap analysis and for new initiatives project objectives.
Proactively identify gaps in adoption/knowledge
Manage the planning development and of effective robust adoption materials including Trainer lead and on line learning modules and guides
Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and be an advocate for adoption and clearly demonstrate the benefits of having clear adoption targets and metrics
Undertake thorough training needs analysis for specific areas as agreed
Be able to respond rapidly and effectively to changing business needs
Design and deliver effective change management and communication plans to ensure the smooth and successful adoption of new technologies and processes
Monitor and measure the impact and outcomes of adoption initiatives using relevant metrics and feedback mechanisms
Own and manage the creation and maintenance of engaging adoption videos and elearning modules
Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in the areas of adoption and share knowledge and insights with the wider Change and Transformation Team

About you

At least 5 years of experience in leading and managing adoption initiatives preferably in the legal sector or a similar professional services environment
Proven track record of delivering successful and impactful adoption strategies and adoption content creation (learning modules guides videos etc)
Knowledge and experience of using digital adoption platforms
Knowledge and experience of a variety of tools for creating and delivering training including videos and elearning modules
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences and stakeholders
Exceptional leadership coaching and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
Highly analytical creative and with strong problemsolving skills with the ability to think strategically and innovatively
Flexible curious adaptable and resilient with the ability to work in a fastpaced and changing environment
Passionate about technology learning and continuous improvement
