We have arewarding opportunity to work with a highly dedicated team to provide high level administration support.

The Role:

Reporting directly to the Property Services and Contracts Manager you will be responsible for compliance administration relating to property asset administration.

Key areas of Responsibilities:

Compliance & Regulatory Management Monitoring compliance deadlines track insurance and ensure documentation accuracy

Administrative support to the preparation of capital and operational expenditure and maintenance programs

Project budget record preparation and maintenance

In the assets property department source goods equipment and suppliers and maintain online information for use by DGAS

Assist in the gathering of information and formulation of specifications and requirements for purchasing of goods equipment and services Assets and Property.

Provide support to projects by procurement of equipment and furniture Assets and Property

Preparation of purchase orders and contracts and preparation of recurring purchase orders

Administer the organisations asset procurement and purchasing and contract information management systems including but not limited to Urbanise

The Successful Candidate will have the following experience and skills:

At least 3 years experience and knowledge in property management

Tertiary qualification in property or administration

  • Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
  • A customer service focus in all interactions
  • Experience in using information management systems (Urbanise) and applying information for planning and reporting purposes
  • Transactional purchasing experience is preferred together with project budget records preparation and maintenance
  • High integrity and ethical standards
  • Proficient IT skills and strong time management.
