Automotive Biller/Title Clerk
Suntrup Automotive Group St. Louis MO
Suntrup Automotive Group a familyowned and operated dealership is looking for a detailoriented and dependable Automotive Billing & Title Clerk to join our team. If you thrive in a fastpaced environment have a keen eye for accuracy and enjoy working as part of a team wed love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and submit title applications ensuring compliance with state regulations.
- Handle trade payoffs and secure proper documentation for clear titles.
- Review and verify car deal documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Submit contracts and required documentation to lenders and file Notices of Lien with the State of Missouri.
- Facilitate sales tax payments and complete vehicle registrations as needed.
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies or issues efficiently.
- Prepare and submit monthly sales reports to the state.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience in title work or dealership billing is a plus.
- Strong problemsolving and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Familiarity with DealerTrack and dealership accounting is a plus.
Schedule & Work Environment:
- Fulltime 40 hours per week
- Monday Friday: Flexible start time at 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM
- Occasional overtime as business needs arise
