Qualifications :
We welcome your application to our Clinical Safety and Quality Coordinator vacancy if you have the following qualifications and skills:
- Demonstrated experience in administration or coordination roles with a proven ability to resolve complaints effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills confident in navigating challenging conversations.
- Proficient in engaging effortlessly and confidently with patients their representatives colleagues clinicians and external bodies when needed.
- Skilled in collaborating and building relationships seamlessly across teams effectively interacting with a diverse range of stakeholders.

We offer a fully remote working model or hybrid working model that allows you to split your week between working from home and our support office in Cheltenham. This will likely be 1 or 2 days a week in the office with full flexibility around the days that work best for you and the rest working from home. Our office is conveniently located opposite the racecourse entrance and features a caf onsite free parking and beautiful parkland surroundings.
