S&OP Internship:

Join the S&OP team at Rituals Head Office in Amsterdam starting July 2025! As an intern you will play a key role in the monthly S&OP process collaborating with sales channels (Retail Digital Wholesale and Travel) marketing and innovation teams to ensure the best demand forecast for all products.

This internship offers a unique chance to gain handson experience work with multiple departments improve stakeholder management skills and deepen analytical capabilities. The dynamic environment of Rituals means that you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks and projects simultaneously. We are looking for a highly organized individual who can manage multiple tasks with ease.

PURPOSE OF THE INTERNSHIP

As an intern you are highly involved in daily operations and projects and will support the creation of forecasting for Promotional activities

• You will support the Sr. S&OP commercial planner to calculate demand volumes data driven analyses and presentations.
• You will work together with multiple departments to collect required business drivers and validate inputs from our business stakeholders.
• You will analyze and review forecasting accuracy monthly in collaboration with the lines of business
• You will work together with other stakeholders within supply chain to handover the FC volumes in order to make sure the right volumes will be purchased and replenished to the specific channels.

This leads to an exciting balance between analytical skills and stakeholder management based on strong relations. You will report to the S&OP Commercial planner and are part of the S&OP team within the Supply Chain department.

Supply Chain Logistics Development & Innovation Internship:

As a Supply Chain Logistics Development & Innovation intern you will be involved in omnichannel supply chain operations and projects supporting both our ecommerce and retail logistics.

Think of examples like:

• Ownership of one of our global warehouses
• Setup the CO2 footprint reporting
• Key user of our monitoring dashboard Splunk
• Assisting in optimizing logistics for our retail locations
• Rollout new marketplaces in Europe & China
• Define operating procedures for warehouse excellence
• Support data driven working by analyzing operational performance and quality reports

It is a dynamic and varied internship so no day is the same. Within this internship there is room for a lot of personal input and we expect a high degree of independence.      

You collaborate with our Retail operations Webshop team Marketing Planning Customer Relations and Finance team. You reach out to external suppliers to collect relevant performance data and work together with Business Technology on further improvements of our OmniChannel tools. Both internaland external stakeholder management is a key part of this role.

As part of the Supply Chain Logistics Development & Innovation team you will help coordinate daily fulfillment operations and contribute to projects aimed at enhancing both ecommerce and retail logistics services. Given the fastpaced environment of Rituals you should be comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications :

Qualifications Supply Chain ECommerce Internship: 

To be eligible for this internship you must be currently enrolled in a Dutch HBO/University and living in the Netherlands. The internship period starts per September 2025 for 6 months. Do you also recognize yourself in the bullet points below Then dont hesitate and apply!

• You are currently studying Logistics or Supply Chain Management
• You have strong stakeholder communication and relationship management capabilities
• You have strong analytical skills and advanced experience in Excel
• You are eager to learn you are able to think outofthebox and curious to investigate and provide further continuous improvements to existing processes
• You have affinity with IT systems and will quickly master key systems such as ERP OMS & TMS

Qualifications S&OP Internship:

• To apply for this internship you must be currently enrolled in an HBO/University study with focus on Business Economics Business Administration or Supply Chain Management;
• You are available as of July 2025 for 6 months minimum 4 days a week
• You have strong stakeholder and communication management capabilities;
• You have advanced experience in Excel
• you are highly precise and detailoriented 
• You have strong analytical planning and organizing skills;
• You have a good command of the English language and Dutch is a pr (spoken and written);
