Job Summary: The Regional Manager will be covering our North New Jersey locations and will support a team of capable and competent General Managers that can deliver on processes that are suited to a midsized company with outcomes to enhance and optimize operational performance of the company.
North New Jersey Offices:West Orange Pompton Riverdale Wayne Hackensack Hackensack 2 Hillsborough
Travel: Employee is expected to travel to offices within their region throughout the week to complete site visits and meet with Providers General Managers and office teams. Other travel outside of their region and/or to the corporate office may be needed from time to time.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop ATeam that delivers ALevel Operational Outcomes and Processes.
- Promotes culture of positivity: Net Promoter Score (NPS) for providers & staff >82.
- Performs as a stable operations leader displays strong leadership in supporting processes that achieve monthly goals.
- Optimization of operational processes to deliver on strategic/organizational/revenue goals staffing ratios and profit margins.
- Effective and collaborative management able to effectively collaborate with other company departments/teams to achieve successful results.
- Independently drive key change and transformation initiatives aligned with organizational strategic goals.
- Heavy focus on auditing SOPs and accountability of SOP compliance at all respective offices growing office revenue and volume as well as supporting providers while coaching and developing staff to ensure all are A players.
- Ability to implement new processes at existing offices.
- Other duties as needed.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Determined by Operations Directors on an annual basis.
Qualifications
- 5 or more years of leadership required.
- Healthcare administration or management background.
- Conflict resolution skills must be exceptionally developed.
- Strategic and Efficient Planning.
- Effective Communicator.
- Organized Planning and Results Oriented.
