Job Title: Skilled Curtain Wall Installer

Location: Primarily Manchester Area (with occasional travel to London)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Curtain Wall Installer to join our dynamic team. If you are a skilled professional

adherence to technical specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Curtain Wall Installation:

o Install curtain wall systems accurately following technical drawings and specifications.

o Ensure all installations meet company standards client requirements and industry safety

regulations.

2. Collaboration with Site Teams:

o Work closely with project managers and site teams to coordinate and complete installations on

time.

o Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth project .

3. Inspection and Quality Control:

o Conduct preinstallation inspections and postinstallation quality checks.

o Address and resolve any installation issues or discrepancies ensuring the highest quality

standards are maintained.

4. Health and Safety Compliance:

o Ensure all installations comply with health and safety regulations and procedures.

o Be proactive in identifying and mitigating any risks on site to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

o NVQ Level 2 Certificate in Curtain Wall Installation or equivalent.

o Valid CSCS Card.

o Proven experience in curtain wall installation.

o Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings.

o Strong understanding of health and safety regulations within the construction industry.

o Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with others.

o Full UK Driving License (as travel between Manchester and London sites is required).

Desirable Qualifications:

o IPAF Certification (for working at height).
