Job Description
Antec Controls has a diverse team of engineers which includes mechanical electrical and software disciplines. Our team handles the development of air valves as well as the electronic controls and firmware for a range of control products. In addition we design webbased tools and custom software for controller configuration. The successful candidate will be expected to learn and create expertise within the role while remaining open to crosstraining within our fastgrowing business.

Test Specialist (Entry Level) Antec Controls
We are looking for a Test Specialist who is technically inclined who thrives on new challenges and who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
The successful candidates responsibilities will include:
- Develop and maintain product testing plans.
- Perform testing for research and development both benchtop and in fullscale rooms.
- Perform exploratory testing for new and existing products.
- Write test reports documenting procedures and results.
- Design implement and improve automated testing infrastructure.
- Develop strategies for improving testing efficiency.
- Perform testing to troubleshoot and resolve field issues.
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
- A degree in Mechanical Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal communication and organization with an eye for detail.
- A high level of critical thinking and accountability.
- Selfmotivation to learn and strive for excellence.
- The ability to work both independently and in a team environment to meet timelinedependent deliverables.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python is considered an asset.
- Experience with testing and using test equipment considered an asset.
- Experience with hand tools wiring and soldering considered an asset.
