Job Title: Senior Account Handler Property Owners / Real Estate
Location: London
Salary:m guide open to candidates experience and negotiable
We are working with an Established insurance broker with a fantastic reputation. They are large enough to have strong markets and be able to secure a deal whilst also being small enough to care.

Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of residential property owner clients and largely managing agent clients
Handle direct clients and have account executive supported cases with high value and complex insurance needs
Secure excellent deals for clients while providing excellent customer service
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters
Ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance documentation
Provide support to junior team members and assist with training and development
Act as a point of contact for clients regarding insurance queries and claims
Requirements:
Previous experience working as an account handler within the insurance industry
Knowledge of residential property insurance products and services
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
CII qualification is preferred but not essential
