Job Description
Company Name: Canyon Springs Enterprises
Position Type: FullTime
Essential functions:
- Effectively supervise every aspect of the construction site including equipment materials personnel and subcontractors.
- Ability to read plans and specifications.
- Develop daily/weekly lookahead schedules.
- Maintain strict compliance with construction schedule and make necessary timely adjustments to ensure deadlines are met.
- Track and manage project changed and field productivity.
- Promote and drive safety culture.
- Communicates with Owners and inspectors.
- Drive costeffective measures in the field.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Experience with mechanical piping and valves.
- Experience working in public streets/roadways preferred.
- Experience working with union trades a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Travel Requirements:
- This position requires traveling MondayFriday.
- Some out of southern California traveling required.

Compensation: DOE $6585/hr.
