About the Role:
Cyderes is looking for a strong Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) to join our growing Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)team.This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company in a rapidly expanding Cybersecurity industry. The SFA will be responsible foracting as a business partner working with stakeholders across the organization to explain the story behind the numbers.Reporting to the Director FP&A the SFA will have wide exposure to various facets of the business and special projects across the organization in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
Responsibiities:
- Act as a Business Partner liaising between Finance and departments across the organization to explain the story behind the numbers
- Prepare material reports and adhoc analysis to be presented to the highest levels of the organization
- Leadmeetings to present financial information in a manner clear to nonfinancial stakeholders
- Create adhoc analysis to address concerns or answers queries generated by management
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts
- Create and distribute standard periodic internal reporting across the organization
- Assist in the of special projects within Finance
- Search for opportunities within finance to create efficiencies improve reporting incorporate automation/best practices
Requirements:
- Selfstarter with the ability to deliver high quality work with minimal supervision
- High financial acumen with the ability to communicate/present clearly to nonfinancial stakeholders
- 35 years of progressive work experience in accounting/financial planning and analysis
- Strong systems insights with prior experience of system implementation/conversion considered an asset
- Professional designation or MBA (preferred not required)
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills strong attention to detail
- Self motivated and driven ability to challenge the status quo
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
