The Global Full Funnel (FF) Director plays a critical role in ensuring the cohesion and integration of Brand Strategy across the Full Funnel ecosystem. As a key member of the Brand Marketing Team this role ensures that all brand positioning messaging and strategic pillars are consistently reflected across every stage of the customer journey.
The Global Full Funnel (FF) Director is responsible for ensuring the correct implementation and of Full Funnel Integrated Communication Plans (ICP). This role ensures seamless collaboration between Global Brand teams and the Agency to deliver effective campaigns that drive business results while supporting Accors transition to the Full Funnel (FF) model.
This role reports directly to the SVP Marketing Premium Brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Full Funnel Transformation and with Premium Brands
- Foster the adoption and implementation of the Full Funnel (FF) model within the Premium brands in collaboration with Global Full Funnel Digital Marketing eCommerce (DM&E) & local team and the Agency
- Define implement and improve ways of working and collaboration to ensure effective delivery between Premium brands and the Agency (brief production planning budget)
- Lead project management & Process
- Prepare drive and orchestrate FF briefing sessions with Premium Brands the Agency and DM&E
- Coordinate with brand leads during brief creation to ensure alignment with business objectives and delivery in timely manner
- Ensure alignment of priorities with other marketing departments facilitating crossteam collaboration and project synchronization
- Deploy and maximize ICP processes on Asana and other tools (tool adoption usage and training)
- Continuously improve governance processes and ways of working with all stakeholders
- Budget Ownership & Financial Oversight
- Manage and own the entire brand budget
- Ensure effective budget planning reporting and invoicing processes in collaboration with finance and brand teams
- Provide accurate financial tracking and insights to support datadriven decisionmaking
- Performance Optimization & Reporting
- Oversee Brand Scorecard and analysis consolidate campaign performance with DM&E to ensure business objectives are metCollaborate with the Agency and Brand leads to identify areas for improvement based on datadriven insights
- Develop actionable recommendations based on performance metrics to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness and Full Funnel strategy
Ensure knowledgesharing and best practices between teams to refine future activations
Qualifications :
- >10 years of experience in Ecommerce/Marketing.
- Strong understanding of all ecommerce channels.
- Proven experience in media planning and content management.
- Excellent project/campaign management skillset.
- Strong influencing and collaboration skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
